Shipping & Returns


Gaëlle Pte Ltd has a no refund policy as all sales are final so there will be no refunds.
Customer is solely responsible for their own choices made regarding the color, size and items purchased but exception is allowed on the following condition:

  • If the product is delivered defective, kindly contact us within 7 days with your invoice number and we will make the necessary arrangement within 14 days.

  • If the wrong items is delivered, please contact us within 3 days by initiating a return on our website. Kindly return the original item within 10 days of notification to allow one-to-one exchange. To return any products to us, please send it to:


You are reminded to keep your proof of posting as we are not responsible for parcel lost in transit.


Local Delivery
Shipping is free in Singapore. Delivery timing for local delivery will be as below.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm.

There is no delivery on Sunday and public holidays.

International Delivery
All international orders will be sent via Registered Airmail by SingPost. The rates vary from country to country and it depends on the total weight of the parcel.

All international orders may be subjected to custom clearance fee, tax and import duties that are imposed by your country so you are liable to make separate payment when the parcel reach your country’s custom office. We are not responsible for any parcel that is sent back due to customer’s refusal of paying the required duties, fees or taxes and all shipping charges are not refundable.

Delivery Times
The delivery will take about 6-12 days unless stated in the product description. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays and we are not responsible for delay caused by custom clearance, weather, natural disaster or carrier.

All orders require a signature upon receipt of purchased item so please arrange someone to receive on your behalf if you are not at home.
